SHIPPING

I ship USPS First Class Mail and will provide you a tracking number via email once your item ships. Priority Mail is also available for an additional fee. Please contact me prior to purchasing for inquiries about International shipping.

“Ready to Ship” orders usually ship within 2-4 business days of purchase. “Made to Order” items take time to build and create, and will usually ship within 2-4 weeks of purchase.

Once a package has been dropped off to the Post Office, I am no longer liable as it is now out of my hands. Products over $100 come with shipping insurance equal to the value of the product. I am not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages once items have been shipped and a tracking number has been issued.

In an effort to reduce our paper waste, invoices will not be sent with your package. Your invoice can be found with your email conformation of purchase.

Refunds will not be accepted for wrong size or “changed minds”, so please be sure of your ring size, and read item descriptions carefully ensure that this is the right item for you before you purchasing.

Made to Order and Custom pieces are not able to be refunded.

RESIZING AND REPAIRS

I do not currently offer resizing or repairs on any jewelry (Bear On The Moon or other brands), and am not responsible for any damage or breaks done to the jewelry by the customer. If your piece needs resizing or repair, please contact me and I can provide suggestions for your piece.

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW MY RING SIZE?

www.FindMyRingSize.com is a great resource, as is the app Ring Sizer by Jason Withers! You can also head to any of your local jewelry shops and most will size your finger, or a ring you already have that you know fits, for free. Ring sizers are available at any craft store for under $10, and there are numerous free printable sizing templates available online.

A general rule of thumb is to purchase wide band rings 1/2 a size larger than your normal size, as these tend to fit more snug. For example, if you usually wear a size 8 ring on that finger, and are purchasing a wide band ring, I would recommend purchasing a size 8.5.

JEWELRY CARE

Each piece is made entirely by me with my own two hands and requires a bit more careful care than machine manufactured jewelry purchased in big box stores. I strive to create quality pieces that will last for many years to come, but there are some precautions you can take to help increase the longevity of your piece. Try not to wear your handmade jewelry while engaging in vigorous activity and exercise, and do not submerge your piece in water. Remove while cleaning, bathing, washing, etc, as this can damage or discolor certain stones or even cause the stone to come loose in its setting. Skin discoloration can occur due to your own personal skin acidity and/or exposure to certain cleaning and beauty products.

Sterling Silver will naturally tarnish over time, so I recommend using a jewelry polishing cloth for cleaning and brightening your silver. Avoid commercial jewelry cleaning products, as they contain harsh chemicals that can damage or discolor certain stones.
